Location: [Local Facility – details provided during interview]
Employment Type: Full-time

Travel: No

Compensation: $24.00 per hour
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
A day in the life
At 6:00 AM, you suit up with PPE and review the day’s prints. You set your GMAW parameters, tack up a sub-assembly, and run clean, consistent beads in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions. Using cranes and forklifts, you position components safely, then verify your welds against specifications and record results. After a quick hand-off with teammates, you prep the next unit—grinding, cleaning, and organizing your station—so the following operation flows without delay. Throughout your shift, you keep an eye on quality, document production, and uphold OSHA and company safety standards.
