GMAW Production Fabricator

Compensation: Earn up to $24.00/hour to start. Located in Easton, this expanding manufacturing team is adding experienced welders/fabricators to support growing production.

A Day in the Life (2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday)

You arrive for second shift, review your job packet, and study blueprints to plan your sequence. You set up your MIG equipment, confirm measurements, and fabricate components to spec. Throughout the evening, you’ll cut and grind material, tack parts, run production welds, and perform spot welding. When a damaged or rusted steel section shows up, you repair and restore it to meet quality requirements. You troubleshoot issues as they arise, collaborate with teammates, and prep finished parts for the next stage—then enjoy a three-day weekend.

What You’ll Do

• Weld, tack, and fabricate parts from blueprints
• Cut, grind, and repair damaged or rusted steel
• Perform spot welding and MIG (GMAW) welding for production

What You Bring

• Solid blueprint reading and fabrication skills
• Hands-on proficiency with MIG welding and common hand/power tools
• Basic math for precise measurements and calculations
• Construction site experience preferred
• Familiarity with sheet metal work and additional processes (FCAW, TIG, Stick)
• Understanding of mechanical systems and ability to read schematics
