GMAW Production Fabricator (MIG)

Step into a fast-paced metal shop where precision, safety, and craftsmanship meet. In this hands-on role, you’ll spend your day laying clean MIG beads, prepping materials, and keeping the workspace organized for efficient production.

What you’ll do

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on production parts and assemblies
• Set up weld parameters and fixtures for repeatable production runs
• Operate a band saw for material cutting and prep
• Grind, deburr, and finish welded components as needed
• Assist with general shop clean-up to maintain a safe, orderly environment
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions to spec
• Troubleshoot weld quality issues and adjust processes

What you bring

• Proficiency with MIG welding; ability to produce consistent, sound welds
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately and interpret blueprints
• Experience with production welding setups and basic soldering
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10) preferred

Physical requirements

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a shop environment.
