Provides quality Customer Service via Telephone, Email, Chat, and Forms to homeowners, distributors, dealers, and internal/external customers by promptly addressing service needs.
Develops in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages, to inform consumers about products, rebates, financing, and marketing campaigns.
Coordinates with dealers for effective handoffs and product recommendations.
Generates warm leads from inbound calls and forms, forwarding them to HVAC Dealers & Contractors.
Meets or exceeds performance KPIs and SLAs, performs data entry, reviews documents, and maintains customer and sales records.
Consults with technical experts as needed, conducts follow-ups to nurture leads, and ensures customer satisfaction.
Achieves sales quotas to support revenue goals, collaborates with supervisors for support, and completes special projects.
Identifies process improvements, follows policies, and works effectively with all team levels to deliver excellent service.
Adheres to work instructions and performs additional duties as assigned.
