• Valid driver's license with clean driving record • Experience providing quality customer service • Ability to plan and organize your own daily selling activity to secure new business • Team player • Strong negotiation skills • Personality with character and integrity • Aggressive and intuitive • One year of Automotive Sales Management is required for SM/ASM positions • Demonstrated leadership ability • Business attire required for interview
