BayCare is currently in search of our newest GME Program Specialist who is a key member of the GME team here at BayCare!
- Status: Full Time
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Shift Days: Monday thru Friday
- Location: Hybrid, St. Petersburg, FL
- Weekend Work: None
- On Call: No
Responsibilities:
- Function independently with minimal supervision, under the direct supervision of the GME Program Manager and in collaboration with the assigned Program Director.
- Assist with accreditation efforts, recruitment, act as liaison between medical students and residents.
- Perform and maintain required data entry tasks in multiple residency management databases.
Requirements:
- Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Required: 3 years - Administrative Support
- Strongly preferred - Previous event planning experience
