BayCare is currently in search of our newest GME Program Specialist who is a key member of the GME team here at BayCare!
Status: Full Time
Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Shift Days: Monday thru Friday
Location: Hybrid, Tampa, FL
Weekend Work: None
On Call: No
Responsibilities:
Function independently with minimal supervision, under the direct supervision of the GME Program Manager and in collaboration with the assigned Program Director.
Assist with accreditation efforts, recruitment, act as liaison between medical students and residents.
Perform and maintain required data entry tasks in multiple residency management databases.
Requirements:
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Required: 3 years - Administrative Support
Required: 1 year required experience in GME Setting, and working knowledge of ACGME, ERAS, NRMP, ECFMG and Residency Management Software program(s).
