GMP Production Assembler — Medical Devices

Your Impact

  • Build and, when required, test medical devices and components to documented specs.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, travelers, drawings, and quality checkpoints.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment in a GMP/FDA environment.
  • Assemble electro-mechanical modules using schematics and diagrams.
  • Accurately complete DHR entries per unit when assigned.
  • Prepare, verify, label, and distribute kits; maintain kit/component inventory and replenish as needed.
  • Handle and store materials and assemblies properly; maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Flag discrepancies, defects, or nonconformities; escalate to Team Leaders.
  • Package and label parts/assemblies for shipment; stack pallets per SOPs.
  • Support lean, 6S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Environment & Compliance

You’ll work in a regulated manufacturing setting where every employee contributes to GMP and regulatory performance. Adhere to safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and document activities per company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand for extended periods (about 8–12 hours depending on station/shift).
  • Walk frequently between workstations and material areas.
  • Lift/carry 25–55 lbs. as tasks require; frequently handle lighter items under 25 lbs.
  • Use team lifts or approved lifting equipment for loads over 40 lbs. per ergonomics policy.

Education

  • Accredited High School Diploma or GED.

Available Schedules

  • 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
  • 2nd Shift: 2:55 PM – 11:25 PM (Mon–Fri)
  • 3rd Shift (Cuffs): 11:20 PM – 7:50 AM (Sun–Thu)
