  • Dispense approved raw/packaging materials per SOP and Production Batch Record; check expiry/retest; issue and record materials in the Production Batch Record, inventory card, and related paperwork.
  • Run granulation and coating operations, including Coating Pans (Accela Cota, Compulab) and dust collection systems.
  • Compress and encapsulate to BMR specifications; operate and clean encapsulation and tablet compression equipment.
  • Operate compression equipment: Kilian S520, Syntheses 500, tablet presses, drum lifters, dedusters, metal detectors, scales, micrometers, hardness testers, printers, and inspection machines.
  • Follow cGMP, departmental SOPs, and Safety Policies; maintain schedule adherence; complete tasks as assigned.
  • Complete all required training and maintain eligibility to wear respiratory protection (medical clearance required).

What you’ll bring

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year in a GMP environment.
  • Computer proficiency for training and interfacing with mechanical/control systems; clear written and verbal communication.
  • Math fluency with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Comfort presenting to small groups of customers or coworkers.
  • Ability to follow detailed written, verbal, or diagrammed instructions using sound judgment.
