    Job Description

    Imagine coming to work and hearing the roar of go-karts speeding around the track. Vegas Superkarts is now hiring Track Attendants to help our customers experience the thrill of racing in a safe, exciting environment.
     

    We are looking for friendly people who enjoy sharing unique and memorable experiences with others and those who are dynamic and engaging with a desire to work in the karting industry. Ability to make $17-$20/hour!

    NO PREVIOUS KARTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Must be able to push/pull go-karts; Start and stop karts. 
    • Assist guests with loading/unloading. 
    • Brief customers on track procedure and safety 
    • Provide a safe & fun environment for every customer. 
    • Maintain track appearance and functionality; reports any concerns to management.
    • Ensure that the pit, kart shop and track areas remain clean and safe. 
    • Ensure the safety of all riders while consistently checking for potential safety issues. 
    • Maintain visual contact with the ride and the guests. 
    • Knowledgeable of facility emergency procedures. 
    • Other duties as assigned. 

    Job Requirements

    • Must be 18 years old. 
    • Must pass drug and background screening.
    • Clean driving record 
    • Must be well-groomed and have a neat appearance.  
    • Ability to work outside and on your feet for long periods of time.  
    • Must be willing to work outdoors and in all weather, conditions including direct sunlight, hot/cold weather, and rain. 
    • Weekends are a must!
    • Adaptable and able to anticipate
    • Outgoing and friendly personality
    • Must have open availability. 
    Physical Demands
    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position,  the employee May be exposed to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable; may be exposed to hazardous equipment and/or hazardous conditions requiring the need to wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hard hats; may require working in very hot or very cold temperatures; may require working under covered structure with roof but no walls; requires working outdoors exposed to all weather conditions. Performs physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials; using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things; repeating the same physical activities or mental activities over and over, without stopping. The technician must be able to occasionally lift and/or move 60 pounds and be able to work in all elements.  Requires contact with others (face-to-face, by telephone or otherwise); ability to withstand the heat and body-battering strain of driving and testing Go-Karts on the daily. The employee will occasionally encounter hazards, including slipping and tripping. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.

    Operating Hours

    • Open 7 days a week
    • Holidays
    • Weekends

    Compensation

    • Starting at $12.00 plus commissions and gratuities.
    • Our current employees are making $15.00-$17.00 per hour!
    • Free Exotics Racing experience and Go-kart’s sessions after 3 months.
    • Friends and Family discount at Exotics racing after 3 months.

    Education

    • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
