      Job Description

      About Archer

A new regulatory change lands somewhere in the world every six minutes, and agentic AI is outpacing most teams’ ability to govern it. At Archer, we help the enterprises powering the global economy turn that pressure into an advantage.

Mandates like the EU AI Act and the SEC cybersecurity disclosure rules are driving the most significant GRC buying cycle we have seen in years. That demand is why we are growing this team.

This is hard work that matters. Our customers span energy, utilities, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and the public institutions communities depend on. People choose Archer because they get to partner with the most trusted brands in the world, on work that protects the customers and communities those brands serve.

If that sounds like your kind of work, let’s chat.

      The Role

This role connects the end-to-end go-to-market motion — from lead through acquisition, expansion, renewal, and retention — to improve performance, productivity, and scalability.

Sitting within Revenue Operations, it pairs deep GTM domain expertise with technical fluency: understanding how work moves across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Partners, and Finance; finding the friction, gaps, and inefficiencies; and designing better ways of working across the revenue lifecycle.

Archer is maturing and redefining its GTM operating model. You will help hone the processes, standards, automation opportunities, and operating mechanisms that let the organization scale.

You will report into Revenue Operations leadership and work across Sales, CS, Marketing, Renewals, Partners, Finance, Business Enablement, and Insights & Field Operations.

      What You'll Do

      Engineer the end-to-end GTM motion

      • Design and optimize processes across the customer lifecycle
      • Connect processes across GTM functions to eliminate handoff gaps, duplication, manual work, and friction
      • Identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve seller productivity, conversion, velocity, retention, and overall GTM performance
      • Translate GTM strategy and business requirements into clear process designs, workflows, decision rules, and technical requirements precise enough to build against

            Drive GTM productivity and performance

            • Diagnose where GTM processes are breaking down using data, stakeholder input, and direct observation of how teams work
            • Redesign workflows to simplify how sellers and customer-facing teams operate and reduce non-selling administrative work
            • Establish measurable outcomes for key changes and evaluate whether it delivered the intended business impact
            • Partner with GTM leadership to prioritize improvements based on revenue impact, productivity, scalability, and customer experience

                  Design intelligent automation

                  • Identify where automation and AI can remove manual work, improve decision-making, or increase consistency across the GTM lifecycle
                  • Define automation requirements for areas such as lead management and routing, opportunity progression, forecasting, account management, renewals, enrichment, scoring, and lifecycle orchestration
                  • Build targeted automations or prototypes where it is the fastest way to validate a design, then partner with Business Enablement on production implementation within core platforms
                  • Hold AI-enabled processes to a measurable accuracy bar, and be candid about where these tools hold up and where they do not
                  • Evaluate emerging AI and GTM capabilities based on the business problem they solve — not technology for technology’s sake

                          Establish scalable GTM architecture

                          • Define the business rules, lifecycle stages, handoffs, ownership models, and operating standards that connect GTM functions
                          • Ensure GTM processes are designed around a coherent end-to-end operating model rather than individual functional or system requirements
                          • Partner with Business Enablement to translate process architecture into scalable system architecture and configuration
                          • Partner with Insights & Field Operations so that reporting, data, and workflows support how GTM teams and leadership actually operate
                          • Set and steward the business definitions behind ARR, MRR, pipeline, and forecast reporting — what each measure means and when it changes — partnering with Insights & Field Operations and Business Enablement on the calculation and data layer, so the numbers leadership and the board work from are accurate

                                  Shape the GTM technology strategy

                                  • Define GTM capability requirements and identify where existing technology enables — or constrains — the desired GTM motion
                                  • Partner with Business Enablement on platform strategy, architecture, and implementation priorities
                                  • Assess GTM tools on measurable business value, user productivity, integration with the broader GTM motion, and total complexity introduced
                                  • Contribute the business-value view to renewal and consolidation decisions, so the stack stays intentional and integrated rather than accumulated
                                  • Define GTM capability requirements and identify where existing technology enables — or constrains — the desired GTM motion
                                  • Partner with Business Enablement on platform strategy, architecture, and implementation priorities

                                  • Contribute the business-value view to renewal and consolidation decisions, so the stack stays intentional and integrated rather than accumulated

                                              Make change stick

                                              • Design processes with adoption in mind, ensuring new ways of working simplify rather than complicate the experience for GTM teams
                                              • Partner with Enablement and functional leaders to drive adoption and reinforce new processes
                                              • Work within — and help strengthen — the change management and data governance standards for revenue systems, including for your own changes
                                              • Document process architecture, decision rules, workflows, and requirements so the knowledge scales beyond individual teams or people
                                              • Establish feedback loops and performance measures to continuously improve GTM processes after launch

You'll Thrive Here If You Have

                                                • Deep expertise in how modern B2B SaaS GTM organizations operate across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Partners, and Revenue Operations
                                                • Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing end-to-end GTM processes — not simply administering the systems that support them
                                                • Strong understanding of lead management, pipeline management, forecasting, territory and account management, customer lifecycle, expansion, and renewal motions
                                                • A track record of improving measurable GTM outcomes such as productivity, conversion, pipeline velocity, forecast accuracy, retention, or seller capacity
                                                • The ability to move fluidly between business strategy, process design, data, and technical requirements
                                                • Strong technical fluency with CRM and GTM platforms such as HubSpot and Dealhub, including a real understanding of how process decisions translate into system requirements and where these platforms break under GTM load.
                                                • Experience identifying and implementing automation and AI opportunities within GTM workflows
                                                • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to diagnose process problems and measure business impact
                                                • A track record of setting direction and holding a priority call across teams you do not manage — influencing Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and technical partners without relying on authority
                                                • A collaborative operating style with technical teams: you build shared requirements and joint decisions rather than working around the people who own the platform

                                              Even Better If You Have

                                              • Experience leading GTM process transformation alongside a CRM, CPQ, or broader systems transformation
                                              • Experience with HubSpot and DealHub
                                              • Experience designing AI-enabled GTM workflows or agentic automation
                                              • Working knowledge of APIs, data models, or workflow automation — enough to bridge GTM and technical teams credibly
