Description

We are supporting our client on a search for a Go-to-Market Manager who will own how the company brings products to market. This is a high-trust, cross-functional seat reporting to the head of GTM or CRO with real budget, real autonomy, and a clear path into senior GTM leadership.

You will work fully remote across US time zones. We are open to product marketers, growth marketers, GTM leads at high-growth startups, and revenue operators ready to step into strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end go-to-market planning for new product launches
  • Build and run lifecycle programs across acquisition, onboarding, and expansion
  • Partner with sales, marketing, product, and CS on positioning, pricing, and packaging
  • Build sales enablement, playbooks, and messaging frameworks
  • Track GTM metrics including pipeline, win rate, conversion, and retention
  • Run quarterly GTM planning, OKRs, and post-mortems
  • Test channels and programs and double down on what works
  • Hire and mentor the next wave of GTM and marketing talent

Requirements

  • 4 plus years of product marketing, growth, GTM, or revenue operations experience
  • Strong cross-functional partnership across sales, marketing, and product
  • Comfort with both strategy and execution
  • Strong written communication and ability to craft sharp messaging
  • Reliable home office and ability to overlap US business hours
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
