Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor"s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA.

  • 4 years of experience in people management.

  • 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.

  • Expertise in service operations, partner support operations.

  • Ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights, and to straddle between details and higher level implications of critical business issues.

  • Excellent investigative skills and ability to present to executives and communicate with highly technical management teams.

YouTube Biz Segment GTM is responsible for designing and delivering our service models for our Business Development, Creator and Consumer Success, and Partner Engineering teams to drive sustainable partner growth and customer lifetime value. The team will work closely with Business, Product and Marketing leaders to optimize impact and cost-to-serve across these partner and consumer segments. The core capabilities of the team include innovating and gaining alignment on our partner and consumer service models - who we serve, what service is provided to achieve growth, how the service is provided and incentivized - defining measures of success (impact, productivity, ROI), enabling change management with frontline teams and developing pilots to test new frontline models.

YouTube"s rapidly growing partner base provides unique challenges and opportunities everyday. Within Business Go-To-Market and Operations, the Segment GTM team focuses on defining each partner segment, building the operating model and managing the performance of each segment. Our Tier 2 (T2) partners are a critical part of our creator ecosystem, and the T2 team is redefining YouTube"s strategy for scaled partner management. As part of this entrepreneurial team, you will have the opportunity to influence the future of YouTube partnerships and our T2 Business strategy, leveraging data analysis, strategic thinking, and seamless cross-functional teamwork.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $234,000-$326,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Manage team that defines, structures, and drives the operating model for partners.
  • Partner with marketing and business leadership in driving end-to-end strategic global initiatives.
  • Oversee the operations of scaled partner management and Community Partner Managers (CPM).
  • Execute analyses that translates data into actionable insights to ensure partners are supported efficiently while driving impact.
  • Track progress on key T2 programs, work streams and team-wide annual and quarterly objectives, and own internal communications.
