Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a "Grille/F&B Supervisor" for Gold Dust West Carson City. This property features 148 modern hotel rooms and suites, a 32-lane Bowling Center with full Snack Bar, an RV Park, full-service Sports Book the ever-popular Grille Restaurant.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ensure service excellence by fostering a positive guest experience and proactively addressing customer concerns
• Ensure proper product quality, presentation, and consistency
• Maintain all sanitation and health department requirements
• Assist in all dining room personnel hiring and training
• Implement proper chain of command leadership
• Assist in maintaining and guiding all dining area personnel training, records, scheduling, and development

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have strong organizational skills
• 1-3 years related experience and/or training
• Identification that establishes identity
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
