About the Role
The Café Server provides friendly, efficient service during meal periods and helps maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment. This role supports front-of-house operations by ensuring guests have a positive experience and that service areas remain stocked and organized.
Qualifications:
- Customer service or food service experience preferred
- Friendly and able to handle busy meal periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable and able to follow directions
Responsibilities:
- Serve students and guests with courtesy and professionalism
- Restock serving lines, desserts, condiments, and beverages
- Assist with simple plating or prep during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and tables
- Support end-of-shift cleaning and reset
- Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
