As Stemilt's Supervisor you are charged with supervising and coordinating the activities for the Stemilters that are engaged in cultivating, pruning, spraying, thinning, propping, and harvesting tree crops. Supervisors will use their strong leadership skills manage 1 or more subordinate crews, who all supervise a total of 1 to 25 Stemilters in the orchards, as well as directly supervise 1 or more who are non-supervisory, this is done in accordance with the organization's policies and any applicable laws. This position supports four thousand Stemilters and it's required to deliver extraordinary customer service at all levels, in addition to interviewing, hiring and training, planning and assigning work, appraising performance and disciplining, as well as addressing complaints and resolving any problems that might arise. Exceptional problem-solving skills a must.
