Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:
- Assists with the overall upkeep of Stonebridge.
- Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
- Assists in educating players regarding the game.
- Directs start of play when necessary.
- Stages clean and fully stocked Golf Cars at the start of the day and cleans, re-stocks and returns Golf Cars to service or storage at the end of the day.
- Maintains a ready supply of Practice Range golf balls by picking the range as necessary using the Range Picker or by hand-picking depending on conditions.
- Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
- Assists with food and beverage activities.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications of the Outside Services Attendant:
- One-month related experience or training.
Other Qualifications:
- Regular and reliable attendance.
