This role is predominately outdoors- so employees must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions. Must have a flexible schedule (must be able to work on the weekends). The ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly is a must. Compensation will be commensurate with experience (must be golf course maintenance experience or closely related field). Entry level compensation requires no experience
Duties include (but not limited to) mowing (greens, tees, fairways, and roughs), raking and maintaining sand bunkers, and setting hole locations. Other duties include weed-eating, watering, seeding/sodding, tree trimming, and more.
A golf course maintenance groundskeeper maintains the turf, landscaping, and hazards to ensure optimal playability of the golf course.
