Golf Course Maintenance Staff

Raintree Country Club, located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Golf Course Maintenance Staff! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Compensation:

$18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operates all equipment used daily in golf course maintenance operations.

• Mows greens, tees, and fairways with appropriate mowers.

• Assists in fertilization and daily upkeep of the golf course.

• Reports mechanical issues immediately to the Head Mechanic.

• Installs detailed drainage and irrigation systems as directed by the Superintendent with precision and understanding.

• Ensures safety and proper operation of equipment and maintains awareness of other associates and members in the course of operations.

• Performs other duties as directed by the Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.

Qualifications:

• reliable, respectful, and be willing to learn.

• must be able to lift 50 lbs and be in good physical condition.

• Please be aware that weekend and holiday work is required.
