Why This Job Matters
The Player Services Associate is often the very first and very last impression a guest has of Bear Creek Golf Course. This role is about more than checking people in or ringing up a sale-it's about creating a welcoming, upbeat, and seamless golf experience that makes players want to come back again and again. As part of the Ko-Kwel Casino Resort family, this position helps connect hospitality, recreation, and community into one great day on the course.

- Help keep all bays clean and ready for guests by ensuring they are cleaned after each hour before seating the next group.

- Support other BCGC staff by assisting with serving, as needed.
- Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)
