Job Description: Golf Outside Guest Attendant

Location: Lake Ozark, MO, 65049

The Golf Outside Guest Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests of the golf course. This position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as a passion for golf.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with loading and unloading golf bags from their vehicles
• Provide guests with information about the golf course, including course layout, rules, and regulations
• Assist guests with rental equipment, including golf clubs and carts
• Ensure that golf carts are clean and in good working condition
• Monitor the pace of play on the golf course and assist with any issues that may arise
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the golf course and surrounding areas
• Handle cash and credit card transactions for golf fees and rental equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests of the golf course

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of golf and golf course operations preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
