Golf Putter Assembler — Urgently hiring in Creswell!

Job Title: Golf Putter Assembler
Pay: $21.00/hour
Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM
Start Date: ASAP
Duration:  60-90 Days, possibly longer

As a Golf Putter Assembler, you'll be instrumental in the assembly and production of custom golf putters. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure each putter meets high standards of quality while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

What You'll Do
As a Golf Putter Assembler, you will be responsible for:
  • Assembling custom-designed golf clubs, specifically putters
  • Shafting putters
  • Attaching heads to the putters
  • Cutting and gripping putters
  • Using hand tools and power tools to assemble products
  • Labeling, packaging, and racking finished putters
  • Sandblasting materials, running fiber optic lasers, and CNC machines
  • Conducting general cleanup and maintaining a safe workspace

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior manufacturing experience (a plus, not required)
  • Experience in mechanical assembly or carpentry (highly transferable skills)
  • Strong attention to detail to differentiate between various types of putters
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
  • Pride in producing high-quality work
  • Ability to follow SOPs and instructions, and not hesitate to ask questions
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • A passion for the sport of golf is a plus, but not required
