    Job Description

    Minimum Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED. Three months of experience in customer contact, recreation, or general labor are required. Must be able to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends on a varied work schedule. Must possess a Driver license.

    Recruitment Notes

    The Golf Service Attendant supports daily operations at various Miami-Dade County golf courses. Responsibilities include assisting patrons with golf cart services such as staging, cleaning, and rotation; supporting bag drop activities; monitoring practice areas; and helping manage player flow. The role also involves guiding customers through the check‑in and check‑out process, managing tee‑time reservations, operating point‑of‑sale systems, processing cash, and credit transactions, and responding to telephone inquiries.

    Candidates must be available to work flexible schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
