Golf Shop Assistant

Buckeye West LLC is looking for a passionate and personable Golf Shop Assistant to join their team in beautiful Fountain Hills, AZ! Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist golfers with merchandise selection, equipment, and golf shop inquiries
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the point of sale
• Maintain golf shop appearance, including merchandising, stocking, and inventory organization
• Manage tee time reservations and assist with scheduling for golfers
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on golf equipment, apparel, and accessories
• Support golf operations staff with daily course and pro shop needs
• Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise shipments

Requirements:

• Previous retail, customer service, or golf industry experience preferred
• Genuine passion for golf and knowledge of the game
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts as needed
• Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
