Golf Shop Associate

The award winning Grandover Resort & Spa, a Wyndham Grand Hotel is looking for a Golf Shop Associate. Golf Shop Associates play a crucial role in the first impression of Grandover golf experience of our golfers. Key Responsibilities: Greet golfers upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.Assist guests checking in for their round and their merchandise purchases.Answer questions and provide accurate information about the golf course.Monitor pace of play during rounds and provide on-course guest services.Monitor cart usage on course.Answer all phone calls coming to the golf shop.Greet golfers at the conclusion of their round.Account for all golf carts, rental clubs, and guests at the end of the day. Additional Responsibilities: Assist with tournament operations as directed.Restock inventory as needed.Maintain cleanliness of outside golf service areas (games lawn, cart storage, bag room, driving range, etc.).
