EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE | - Computer knowledge/usage

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS | Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Offer friendly and professional customer service to all public patrons, members and guests
- Use the point of sale and Tee Sheet system to: check-in golfers, sell merchandise and make/check tee times
- Ensure that financial controls are followed and accounted for at the close of each shift
- Assist in tournament, event and outing preparations
- Assist with inventory operations: checking-in, displaying and counting
- Communicate with starters, course assistants and player services to create an exceptional guest/member experience
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times
- Be informed on Inn and Suite procedures, and promote all public and member events, activities and services
- Uphold the company’s policies and procedures when dealing with customers and members
