Supports production, retail, and donation operations, serving as "Supervisor in Charge" when needed. Ensures high guest and donor service quality while enforcing policies and procedures. Requires cross-training across all areas and adaptability to changing donation flows and priorities. Supervises Donation Door activities and assists in all operational aspects. Works flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Develops a motivated team through coaching and engagement, setting an example.
Physical requirements include lifting 20-100 pounds, standing, bending, and working in varied temperatures. Must be able to work more than 40 hours if necessary, with background checks required.
