As a GCP delivery executive, you will be a technical and product-centric engineering lead in consulting and engineering projects, customizing Google Cloud solutions for client requirements. You will partner with Accenture's global delivery teams by providing superior technical expertise and product innovation skills. Your role is to execute complex technology solutions for our clients by designing, building, and integrating cloud-native solutions. You will function as a trusted project leader, guiding others in the project team and be the expert on specific Google Cloud technologies/products.

You will build and lead a team of world-class engineers, defining best practices, mentoring their growth, and driving the adoption of modern engineering.

Practice Leadership & People Management: Lead and grow a practice of Google Cloud engineers by managing the workforce, defining best practices, and mentoring team members for professional growth.

Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage and mentor on-shore and off-shore project teams, conduct reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.

Product Portfolio: Act as a key technical advisor for sales and delivery, providing technical and functional expertise for our assets and offerings, and collaborate with our offering team to drive continuous innovation.

Hands-On Technical Execution: Design, build, test, and deploy complex, cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud, working across the entire service delivery lifecycle from concept to production.

Client-Facing Relationships: Work directly with clients to understand business objectives, translate requirements into solutions, solve unique challenges, and act as a technical advisor for the client throughout the project.

Champion of Modern Engineering & Agile Delivery: Drive the adoption of modern engineering and Agile methodologies, coaching the practice to deliver high-quality software at pace.

Multi-Project Delivery & Accountability: Accountable for delivering multiple, concurrent client projects to the highest standard by managing global teams and senior stakeholder relationships.

Expert Delivery across the Google Cloud Ecosystem: Leverage your deep expertise to provide delivery leadership and execute delivery of high-impact solutions in these Google Cloud domains:

• Data & AI: Build data pipelines and analytics solutions using BigQuery, Dataflow, and Looker.
• Generative & Agentic AI: Contribute to the design and development of AI solutions using Vertex AI, Gemini models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Security Operations (SecOps) & Cyber Defense: Design and build solutions that integrate with modern security operations platforms. Develop automated response workflows and leverage threat intelligence by using tools such as Google Chronicle Security Operations (SIEM/SOAR), Mandiant, and Security Command Center.
• Marketing Intelligence & Personalization: Build data-driven marketing solutions by unifying customer data from multiple sources into Google Cloud. Leverage BigQuery and Vertex AI to develop predictive audience segments and enable hyper-personalized customer experiences across channels.
• Customer Engagement (CES): Implement and customize solutions like Contact Center AI (CCaaS) to transform customer experiences.
• Application & Infrastructure Modernization: Deliver solutions leveraging Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Apigee, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Workplace & Collaboration Solutions: Design and build custom integrations for Google Workspace, using APIs and Google Apps Script to automate workflows and connect productivity tools with enterprise systems.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
