Google Cloud Platform IAM Architect / IAM Lead / Security Control Engineer

Responsibilities / Key Requirements
Lead Google Cloud Platform IAM architecture and implementation for the IAM modernization program. 
Design IAM roles, policies, RBAC, least-privilege access, service accounts, and authentication/authorization. 
Define and implement identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews. 
Integrate IAM with Active Directory, applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems. 
Design, implement, and validate security controls for identity, access, cloud resources, and applications. 
Establish security standards for Google Cloud Platform IAM, workload identity, privileged access, logging, monitoring, and auditability. 
Identify and remediate IAM risks, access violations, security gaps, and control deficiencies. 
Provide security architecture for data platforms and cloud data environments, ensuring appropriate data access controls and protection. 
Define secure data access patterns across Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, databases, and enterprise data platforms. 
Support data governance, metadata, data classification, and access control requirements within the IAM framework. 
Support security automation through CI/CD, Git, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code. 
Provide technical leadership to IAM and security engineering teams and guide implementation standards. 
Prepare security architecture, control documentation, implementation guidelines, and production readiness requirements.
