The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Google & Digital Lead Generation Manager who will own our digital lead generation strategy from start to finish.

This isn't an agency account manager role.

This isn't a people-management role.

This is for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, diving into Google platforms, testing new strategies, and generating more qualified roofing leads than our competitors.

You'll own one of the most important functions in the company, keeping our sales team busy with high-quality residential roofing opportunities.

If your idea of fun is watching lead volume increase while cost per acquisition drops, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Own

Google & Paid Search (Primary Focus)

• Own Google Local Services Ads (LSA) strategy, optimization, and performance
  
• Manage Google Ads campaigns focused on maximizing qualified residential roofing leads
  
• Serve as our internal Google expert and strategic liaison with outside PPC partners when needed
  
• Continuously improve cost per lead, cost per appt, conversion rates, and return on ad spend
  

Digital Lead Generation

• Build, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
  
• Improve landing pages and lead conversion rates
  
• Test new channels and lead generation opportunities
  
• Develop creative campaigns around storms, seasonality, and local markets
  

AI & Marketing Innovation

We're looking for someone excited about what's next.

You'll leverage AI tools to:

• Generate better ad copy
  
• Improve landing pages
  
• Build marketing automations
  
• Analyze campaign performance
  
• Create faster, smarter workflows
  
• Stay ahead of industry trends before everyone else
  
• If you're already experimenting with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or the latest AI marketing tools, that's a huge plus.
  

Branding & Online Reputation

• Help maintain a consistent Roof It Forward brand across all digital channels
  
• Oversee Google Business Profiles
  
• Support review generation strategies
  
• Assist with social media and local branding initiatives
  
• Create or coordinate light marketing collateral when needed

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years managing Google Ads, Google LSA, and Meta advertising
  
• Experience generating leads for home services, roofing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, or similar industries preferred
  
• Strong understanding of PPC strategy, bidding, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization
  
• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing performance
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing spend directly to revenue
  
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
