NSS has an immediate need for a Corporate Technical Recruiter to support one of our government contracting customers. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience in the federal space.
This role is 100% virtual but you must be a US Citizen and based in the US.
This role can pay a max of $37.50 per hour on a W2 basis.
The Corporate Technical Recruiter will work on our customers open requisitions, Software/Systems Engineers, Cloud Architects and Cybersecurity Engineers. The recruiter will support a variety of openings at various levels.
Responsibilities include managing client & candidate relationships, leading and/or participating in process improvement initiatives, and ensuring business hiring needs are satisfied. We are looking for a true over achiever who will not only perform the core requirements of the position but also provide thought leadership, process analysis and improvement all while remaining malleable and hungry.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Initiates contact with potential qualified candidates for specific job openings.
Full life-cycle technical recruiting
Reviews applicants, interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in organization.
Provides information to potential applicants about the company, culture, benefits and job opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required
3-5+ years of professional full life-cycle technical recruiting experience in the government contracting space.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience recruiting for NASA programs
A strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a strong analytical skill set
Comfortable advising and influencing clients / partners at all levels of the organization
Strong business judgment and integrity
