Job Summary:

This is a people leadership role, managing a team of 4–5 individuals focused on category management. The role emphasizes enterprise procurement of construction services (not materials) supporting large scale capital programs ($3B–$4B). Led and supervised teams of Sourcing Supervisors, Category Leaders, and Sourcing Specialists to drive sourcing and procurement objectives. Developed and implemented sourcing processes, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and governance. Managed the end-to-end contract approval lifecycle, ensuring timely execution from contract creation through award. Oversaw contract expenditures across multiple spend categories, maintaining budget control and maximizing value. Managed approval of high-value purchase orders and contracts valued between $500,000 and $10 million. Developed and executed both short- and long-term sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and category objectives.
