Northwest Center is seeking a Government Contracts and Safety Manager to support our government operations by driving coordination across contracts, compliance requirements, and internal programs. This role plays a critical part in translating business priorities into structured plans and ensuring alignment with regulatory and customer expectations.
You'll work cross-functionally to support government contract operations, strengthen reporting and planning processes, and lead the organization's safety program. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in regulated environments, enjoys balancing multiple priorities, and is passionate about building consistent, compliant systems that support operational excellence.
Location: SeaTac, WA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (occasional nights and weekends as needed)
Starting Wage Range: $38.00 - $43.50 per hour

Requirements:
3+ years of experience supporting operations within regulated or compliance-driven environments; government contracting strongly preferred
Experience with workplace safety, with demonstrated responsibility for establishing, running, and/or improving safety programs preferred
Business management experience preferred
Strong ability to balance competing priorities across multiple operational areas
Working knowledge of financial reporting and payroll; exposure to government contract pricing is a plus
Valid WA driver's license and personal mode of transportation
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business systems
