Government Funding Program Administrator - Remote Opportunity

Make a meaningful impact as a Government Funding Program Administrator, helping ensure the successful delivery of an important government-funded program. In this role, you'll support program quality and effectiveness through formal evaluations, on-site/center visits, and connections to valuable resources. You'll collaborate with teams across the organization, build strong relationships with program partners, and help ensure participants receive the support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Support center directors and teachers with goal setting and expectations to ensure compliance with government funding program requirements

• Identify and implement classroom modifications to ensure compliance

• Assist in development and facilitating orientations for center management

• Assist in development and facilitating orientations for lead and assistant teachers at the start of the school year and ongoing throughout the school year

• Ensure that all required paperwork is retained on site for teachers (i.e., teacher credentials, diplomas, and transcripts)

• Assist the center director with the recruitment of and employment interviews for lead teachers as requested

• Assist with curriculum training for lead teachers and assistant teachers throughout the school year and at orientations

• Assist with annual parent orientations Provide guidance to center directors for annual purchases of equipment, materials, and supplies to ensure grant funds are used appropriately

• Advise the government funding supervisor of any compliance issues that may affect the funding of the program

• Build effective relationships with internal and external partners, including field operations and government agencies

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience

• Ability to drive and adapt to change

• Strong computer skills covering general office software, including MS Office; strong Excel skills

• Customer service, conflict resolution, and collaboration experience

• Effective personal organization and time management skills

• Ability to prioritize center needs and schedule accordingly

• Ability to travel between alternate center and office locations (50%+); occasional overnight travel required
