Pay Range: $23 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting research in claims systems, image systems, and financial reporting to ensure funds are available and cleared.
- Managing manual adjustments for both solicited and unsolicited refund requests based on inquiries received.
- Collaborating with providers and members to research and resolve outstanding balances.
- Engaging in special projects, reconciliations, and analysis as assigned.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Key Skills; Experience in the government sector or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity with financial reconciliation processes.
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or financial operations.
- Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in claims systems and financial reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
