Support advisory engagements for GPs related to fundraising, fund structuring, and strategic transactions
Assist in the analysis of GP-led secondary transactions, continuation vehicles, and liquidity solutions
Build and analyze financial models related to fund economics, fee structures, and carry scenarios
Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, and strategic advisory memoranda
Conduct market research and benchmarking of fund terms, performance, and peer positioning
