How You'll Make an Impact

As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be an essential part of the clinical team, helping create a smooth, efficient, and comfortable experience for every patient. You will work closely with our dentists and team to keep procedures running seamlessly while delivering the high level of care our patients rely on.

In this role, you will:

  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials so providers are ready to begin each procedure
  • Assist dentists chairside by suctioning, passing instruments, and supporting efficient clinical workflows
  • Take high-quality dental radiographs and ensure they are accurately documented
  • Fabricate temporary restorations and polish removable appliances
  • Support procedures such as bleaching, nightguards, crown deliveries, and suture removals
  • Maintain strict sterilization and infection control standards
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care to support long-term oral health
  • Document treatment and maintain accurate patient records
  • Coordinate and track lab cases to ensure quality and timely delivery
  • Help maintain an organized, prepared clinical environment throughout the day
  • Your work helps ensure every patient visit runs smoothly while supporting a high standard of clinical care.
