TradeWorX is hiring experienced GPS Dozer and Excavator Operators for a site development project in the Waynesburg, PA area. This is a long-term opportunity for operators who can work independently, follow grade, and safely operate equipment in a production-driven environment. Overtime is available.

Pay & Schedule:
  • Up to $32.00/hour based on experience
  • Monday–Friday
  • Overtime available as project needs require

Job Duties:
  • Operate GPS dozers for cut/fill, rough grading, and fine grading
  • Operate excavators for trenching, utility work, slope work, and mass excavation
  • Read and follow GPS systems, grade stakes, and site layouts
  • Support road building, site pads, and infrastructure development
  • Complete daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
  • Follow all site safety requirements and MSHA guidelines

Requirements:
  • 3+ years operating dozers and/or excavators in heavy civil or site development environments
  • Proven GPS dozer experience using Trimble, Topcon, or similar systems
  • Ability to work to line, grade, and slope with minimal supervision
  • MSHA certification or willingness to obtain
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong attendance and commitment to project schedules

  • Comfortable working independently with GPS-controlled equipment

  • Dependable with strong attendance history
  • Able to adapt to changing site conditions and priorities
