Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver standards-based instruction in all core curricular areas
Create a positive environment that supports students academic social and emotional development
Differentiate instruction to meet different learning styles
Assess student progress regularly and use data to adjust instruction where needed
Maintain clear and consistent communication with student families
Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance instruction
Uphold school policies as outlined by the administration
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Elementary Education
Valid state teaching certification or ability to obtain
Background in the Science of Reading
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
