Grade 2 Teacher (LTS) (Anticipated)

Kingston Elementary School in Kingston, Massachusetts is seeking a full time Grade 2 teacher long term substitute. This position is anticipated to begin in the fall of 2026 and last for approximately 3 weeks.

A successful candidate will:

• possess active licensure in Early Childhood (PK-2) or Elementary (1-6).
• be the lead teacher in a general education classroom and teach all subject areas.
• collaborate with grade level teachers.
• use data to inform instruction.
• communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
• work with students, colleagues and families from diverse backgrounds with diverse needs in an inclusive and culturally-proficient manner.
• support students academically, emotionally, and behaviorally.
• report directly to the building principal.

This role is compensated at $312.00 per day beginning on day 1 of the assignment.
