Whitnall School District is seeking a GRADE 3 teacher for a full-time position starting the 2026-2027 school year.
Essential Functions:
Develop a variety of relevant, engaging, and appropriately-leveled instructional materials.
Create a classroom environment that fosters innovation, risk-taking, and exploration.
Identify students' interests, needs, difficulties, and perceptions to enhance students' strengths.
Support and reinforce individual student learning styles to achieve consistently high expectations.
Engage in open and timely communication with students, parents, and staff on various topics.
Employ positive techniques and strategies which encourage and/or strengthen productive behavior.
Active involvement in professional learning opportunities; study/implement current/emerging instructional best practices.
