Description
Brockton Public Schools is looking for an Elementary (Grade 3) SEI Teacher at the Davis School.
- Demonstrated cultural competence and ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills with students, colleagues, and parents
- Ability to collect and interpret data for instructional purposes
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with WIDA and CCSS Standards
- Provide elementary school multilingual learners in self-contained setting for content and language learning
- Develop and implement Sheltered Instruction lesson plans aligned to student proficiency levels and grade level standards
- Participate in professional development trainings and collaborate with the assigned English language acquisition coach
