Grade 5 Special Education Teacher (Long Term Substitute)- Clinton Middle School

The Clinton Public Schools is seeking a Long Term Substitute Special Education Teacher (grade 5) for the start of the 26-27 school year.

This position runs August 17, 2026 through November 18, 2026.

The duties of the LTS special education teacher include but are not limited to:

• Direct instruction with students based on IEP goals, in and out of the classroom, in a co-taught classroom
• Act as case manager/liaison for students on instructional caseload,
• Develop and implement IEP goals and accommodations,
• Collaboration/consultation with general education teachers as well as related service providers,
• Communication between home and school, as appropriate.
