Knowledge and experience in implementing research-based curricula in a Responsive Classroom model. Experience in the collection and analysis of benchmark data to provide targeted instruction through multi-tiered systems of support Excellent classroom management skills Effective in creating classroom climate, across all classrooms of students across the school Knowledge of literacy and math best practices Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues Ability to differentiate instruction for a variety of learning needs
