Responsibilities include supervising operators of graders, backhoes, loaders, and site crew, ensuring safe and proper operation of equipment, and completing work efficiently within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years supervising heavy civil grading projects, current OSHA 30 certification, strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
