Our client, a leading manufacturer in the produceindustry, is seeking a Grader to join their team. As a Grader, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Grader

Location: Pharr, TX

Pay Range: $9.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assess and categorize products based on attributes like color, species, dimensions, appearance, texture, smell, quality, and weight.
• Distinguish between various product characteristics and identify defects.
• Package products in accordance with specified requirements.
• Report defective products or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Discard subpar or faulty products, while packaging acceptable ones for further processing.

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Attention to detail and ability to distinguish between various product characteristics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.
