### Job Duties Start Date: 09/01/2026 End Date: 05/31/2027 Work hours: 60 hours/week, Monday - Saturday, 10 hours/day, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Must Apply By: 01/16/2027 Job Duties: The job duties involve performing manual agricultural tasks necessary for the preparation and handling of edible dry beans during the seasonal intake, processing, and shipment period. Workers will be responsible for bagging processed dry beans, sealing bags, and stacking them for shipment. Duties also include loading packaged beans into trucks or railcars for distribution. Workers will use hand tools and manual methods to handle materials and maintain workflow throughout the processing facilities. The work is repetitive and physically demanding, requiring workers to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and operate in varied environmental and weather conditions. All necessary training will be provided on-site. These duties are essential to meet the increased production and distribution demands during the harvest intake and outbound shipping season. The job will be based at fixed-site agricultural facilities where beans are received, milled, and prepared for market. The positions require consistent physical effort, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team to ensure product quality and timely shipment. These responsibilities support the overall operations of the farm’s seasonal agricultural cycle and are critical to the business's ability to fulfill its production and delivery commitments. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Operator License Class D Candidate is required, and worker will have 60 days to obtain. Job will require exposure to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive walking or sitting is required. Frequent stooping or bending over is required.
