The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional development of young learners. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate instruction aligned with Georgia Standards of Excellence (GSE). Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Use data to inform instruction and monitor student progress. Collaborate with grade-level team members and support staff. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities. Maintain accurate student records and comply with district and state policies. Participate in professional development and school activities as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Valid Georgia teaching certification in Early Childhood Education (P-5). Strong classroom management and instructional skills. Knowledge of child development and early literacy best practices. Ability to integrate technology into classroom instruction. Preferred Qualifications Previous teaching experience at the elementary level. Experience with differentiated instruction and inclusive classroom practices. Strong collaboration and communication skills.
