Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and safety standards is crucial, along with the ability to maintain, inspect, and clean equipment efficiently. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, situational awareness, and a conscientious work ethic to uphold a safe working environment. Physical capabilities, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 90 pounds, and navigating uneven surfaces, are essential.Prior experience in grading, reading grade stakes and plans, and a respectful demeanor towards colleagues, customers, and the public are highly valued.
