Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Grading/Pipe Foreman to lead and supervise grading and pipe crews on heavy civil and highway construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong field leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction plans and specifications, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Job Responsibilities
- Directly supervise and coordinate grading and pipe crew members.
Lead daily field operations while maintaining a safe, productive, and organized work environment.
Train crew members on proper operating procedures, company policies, and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate daily records of crew hours, materials used, equipment utilization, and project activities.
Plan and sequence pipe installation activities to minimize disruptions to ongoing work and the public.
Coordinate effectively with other foremen, subcontractors, inspectors, DOT personnel, and project management.
Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project drawings to determine project requirements.
Operate pipe-laying and related construction equipment in accordance with company procedures.
Inspect equipment and ensure proper operation and functionality.
Coordinate preventative maintenance, equipment cleaning, and minor repairs as needed.
Monitor jobsite conditions and ensure compliance with company and project safety standards.
Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and according to project specifications.
Communicate project progress, challenges, material requirements, and manpower needs to management.
Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality control, and productivity throughout the project.

Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Grade/Pipe Foreman in the heavy civil and/or highway construction industry.
Strong knowledge of grading, pipe installation, and general heavy
